Refund/Return Policy
There are no refunds available for handmade products ordered through my site.
Orders may not be canceled once placed. Please be sure before completing your purchase. Orders will not be canceled or refunded should you wish to cancel your order due to shipping delays.
If you receive a damaged product, you can either request a replacement or request an exchange for an item of equal value. Please note that exchanges/replacements will only be issued to orders that were delivered with clear, visible damage. Requests for a replacement or exchange need to be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order. No replacements or exchanges will be issued if you contact me past 2 weeks of posted "Deliviered" date for your package.
Damage to a product will be defined as follows:
-Chips to the paint job or sculpture itself
-Deep scratches/ Visible scratches to the item
-Broken parts/ Missing parts
-Cracks on the sculpture
Please note, each product I sell on my website is made by hand. There are very minor differences between each order and no one copy is exactly the same. The colors of each product can differ from what you see on your screen as the screen display can sometimes make colors appear more dull/ more bright than the real life item. Exchanges/replacements will not be given for issues such as small differences in the aesthetics of the sculpture as I can not make each one exactly the same. Please take this into consideration when purchasing. I strive to make perfect replications of all of my work, and any differences between what is seen on the screen and the product itself are always extremely minimal.
Replacement
If you received a damaged product, please contact me through email and be sure to send photos highlighting any damage on the product. A replacement will be sent as soon as possible (Within 1 week)
Exchange
If you received a damaged product, please contact me through email and be sure to send photos highlighting any damage on the product. If you’d like to exchange it for a different product of equal value, I would be happy to accommodate!
Shipping Policy
When placing your order, please be sure to enter the correct address, as refunds or replacements will not be issued towards orders with an incorrect shipping address.
-I am not liable for lost or stolen packages and unfortunately can not issue refunds or replacements for items that are lost through the USPS network or stolen.
-Refunds and replacements will not be issued for packages that are marked as delivered. If your tracking number states that your item has been delivered- but you're missing your package, please contact USPS directly.
-Once I hand the package off to USPS, there is unfortunately nothing I can do about late packages/ lost packages/ stolen packages/ return to sender packages. Please contact USPS directly for any issues with shipping.
Return to Sender packages.
If your package is returned to me because of an insufficient address/ other reasons that are out of my control- I can not issue a refund or a replacement, but I can send your package back to you once I receive the item. You will have to pay for shipping again, and you will be responsible for checking its shipment status. Please do not contact me to ask for updates on whether I have received the item back, the tracking number for your item will show any updates made available by USPS.
